Utilisez-vous des bots ou des macros? Non! Nous n'utilisons pas de robots ou macros pour exécuter nos services. Nous avons plus de 100 employés du monde entier qui travaillent personnellement sur votre personnage. Wir beauftragen zwei oder drei unserer Experten, Ihren Charakter zu leveln; diese Personen haben besonders gute Erfahrungen mit der Klasse Ihres Charakters gemacht. Ihr Charakter wird hauptsächlich durch einen Prozeß gelevelt, der sich "grinding" nennt, in welchem wir alleine Monster töten oder questen. Wir erfüllen jedoch auch Quests, die wertvoll für Sie sind. Wir haben uns ein enzyklopädisches Wissen zu Ihrem Spiel zu eigen gemacht; kennen die besten Zonen und Quests, um Ihren Charakter möglichst schnell zu leveln. 2. Benutzt Ihr Bots oder Makros? Nein! Wir benutzen weder Bots noch Makros, um Ihnen unseren Service anzubieten. Wir haben über 100 Angestellte, die sich persönlich um Ihren Char kümmern. Auf diese Weise leveln wir Ihren Char besonders sicher. 3. Benutzt Ihr meine Chars zum PK (play-kill) oder KS (kill-steal)? Nein, wir werden niemals PKs oder KS benutzen; auch kein anderes verpöhntes Verhalten im Spiel. 4. Was passiert, wenn jemand meinen Char anspricht? Normalerweise werden wir eine Flüsternachricht wie eine AFK NAchricht beantworten. Sollte Sie jedoch ein GM anschreiben, werden wir Hallo zu ihm/ihr sagen. Wir richten uns bei unseren Antworten natürlich gerne nach Ihren individuellen Richtlinien. Wenn Sie irgendwelche bestimmten Antworten wünschen, teilen Sie es uns bitte mit. 5. Ich möchte nicht, dass meine Gilde oder meine Freunde erfahren, dass Ihr meinen Char levelt. Geht das? Man wird sie nur als "AFK" sehen und wir werden uns auch dementsprechend verhalten. 6. Behalte ich das Geld und die Items, die Ihr mit meinem Char erspielt? Ja! Anders als andere Anbieter, bekommt bei uns der Spieler alle erwirtschafteten Zahlungsmittel und Items. 7. So wie ich es verstehe, dauert es einige Tage, bis mein Charakter den gewünschten Level hat. Aber ich würde gerne auch selber spielen. Geht das? Natürlich! Wie schnell fangt Ihr an, meinen char zu leveln, nachdem ich bezahlt habe? Normalerweise beginnen wir mit unserem Service 1 - 2 Stunden nachdem wir Ihre Zahlung und Ihre Accountdaten (inklusive Passwort) erhalten haben. In stoßzeiten kann es ein wenig länger dauern, um Ihren Auftrag zu bearbeiten. Wir versichern Ihnen jedoch, dass sich einer unserer Angestellten sofort um Ihren Char kümmert, sobald er frei ist. Bitte beachten Sie auch hier, dass wir keinerlei Bots oder Makros verwenden.
